"... something to savor."

The Irish Times

One of Germany’s leading chamber music groups, the Scharoun Ensemble Berlin features eight musicians who are all members of the Berlin Philharmonic, called “the world’s best orchestra” by The Guardian. Whether performing in Berlin or in other prestigious venues around the world, the Scharoun Ensemble has been inspiring audiences since its founding in 1983. Notorious for its innovative programming and spirited interpretations of a wide range of repertoire, the classical octet (clarinet, bassoon, horn, two violins, viola, cello and double bass) plays “with impeccable intonation and technical polish.” (The Washington Post) Join us for an incredible evening of music, which includes Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet in A Major and Schubert’s Octet in F Major.  www.scharounensemble.de/en
