This exhibition of the Southeast Fibers Educators Association (SEFEA) is hosted by Rob Mertens, assistant professor and fibers coordinator in JMU’s School of Art, Design and Art History. Mertens is also a member of SEFEA. As educators in the textile arts, the members of SEFEA are dedicated to the continuing interchange of knowledge, the exchange of ideas, and the joy of creating unlimited possibilities within the textile medium.
