Dr. Jamison Walker commands an impressive vocal range and an extensive repertoire. From opera and oratorio to musical theatre and pops, Walker has performed in recital, opera, symphonic, and academic settings nationally and internationally across the United States and in Europe and Asia. Walker is equally at home in tenor repertoire ranging from Bach to Wagner and Mozart to Britten. He has recently been heard in Leoncavallo’s I Pagliacci with First Coast Opera and Opera in the Ozarks, Luigi in Puccini’s Il Tabarro with Opera in the Ozarks, and as the tenor soloist in Bach’s St. John Passion at Duke University. Walker is in demand as a singer, pedagogue and clinician. He joined the faculty at James Madison University in 2018.

Jeremiah Padilla is finishing his D.M.A. at James Madison University under the tutelage of Dr. Gabriel Dobner. As a soloist, Padilla has performed piano concerti with the JMU Symphony Orchestra, The University of Memphis Symphony Orchestra, the Memphis Repertory Orchestra (MRO), and the Awit Pilipinas Youth Orchestra. An avid collaborative pianist, he frequently enjoys sharing the stage with professors and colleagues at JMU. Other highlights include playing chamber music with members of IRIS Orchestra, the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, and the MRO. In 2019, he won the Outstanding Collaborative Lieder Pianist Award at AIMS in Graz, Austria.
