Tickets are available for in-person sales at the main Forbes Center Box Office, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm, and 1½ hour prior to curtain on performance days. The Studio Theatre Box Office opens 1 hour prior to performances.
Driving Directions to the Forbes Center
- From I-81, take Exit 245, Port Republic Road.
- Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Port Republic Road.
- After half a mile, turn right onto South Main Street (U.S. 11 North).
- At the first stoplight, turn left onto Warsaw Avenue. The Center is on South Main Street. The main audience entrance is located around the back of the building.
- Proceed straight ahead on Warsaw Avenue. Free parking is available in the Warsaw Parking Deck located directly behind the Forbes Center. Patrons can park in Commuter or Faculty/Staff parking spaces.
- Exit the parking deck on the ground floor. Walk outside towards the back entrance to the Forbes Center, across the West Plaza. Enter the first set of doors on your right to access the Forbes Center Box Office and all performance venues.

- From U.S. 33 heading east, turn right onto High Street (Va. 42 South).
- Proceed to the next light and turn left onto Cantrell Avenue.
- Turn right at the next light onto South Main Street (U.S. 11 South).
- Proceed to the second light, passing the Forbes Center on your right, and turn right onto Warsaw Avenue. The Center is on South Main Street. The main audience entrance is located around the back of the building.
- Proceed straight ahead on Warsaw Avenue. Free parking is available in the Warsaw Parking Deck located directly behind the Forbes Center.
- Exit the parking deck on the ground floor. Walk outside towards the back entrance to the Forbes Center, across the West Plaza. Enter the first set of doors on your right to access the Forbes Center Box Office and all performance venues.
- From U.S. 33 heading west, cross over I-81 and turn left onto Cantrell Avenue.
- At the fourth light, turn left onto South Main Street.
- At the next light, turn right onto South Main Street (U.S. 11 South).
- Proceed to the second light, passing the Forbes Center on your right, and turn right onto Warsaw Avenue. The Center is on South Main Street. The main audience entrance is located around the back of the building.
- Proceed straight ahead on Warsaw Avenue. Free parking is available in the Warsaw Parking Deck located directly behind the Forbes Center.
- Exit the parking deck on the ground floor. Walk outside towards the back entrance to the Forbes Center, across the West Plaza. Enter the first set of doors on your right to access the Forbes Center Box Office and all performance venues.
Parking Information
FORBES CENTER and WILSON HALL
Free parking is available in the Warsaw Parking Deck (157 Warsaw Ave) located directly behind the Forbes Center one and a half hours before performances for ticketed patrons. Patrons may park in any standard, unmarked space available. The signage in the Deck may be confusing, but be assured that you can park there if you have a ticket to a performance.
Please do not park in the Warsaw Parking Deck during regular business hours if you are picking up tickets or purchasing tickets. Short-term metered parking is located in the outdoor lot adjacent to the deck for audience members wishing to purchase or pick up tickets at the box office. Drop-off and pick-up are permitted in the West Plaza Circle.
After exiting the Deck, follow signs to the venue.
For the Forbes Center, handicapped permitted parking spaces are available on each floor next to the elevators, and drop-off and pick-up is allowed in the West Plaza Circle. NOTE: There is no direct access from the parking lot upper floors to the Forbes Center. You must exit at the ground floor to access the entrance to the Forbes Center.
For Wilson Hall, a limited number of handicapped permitted parking spaces are located behind the venue at the top of the Quad. For more information, contact the box office for instructions.
ATLANTIC UNION BANK CENTER
Park for FREE in the Ballard Parking Deck (649 University Boulevard) one and a half hours prior to performances. Access from East Campus Drive. Exit on main level toward the main Plaza Entrance.
